Happy Birthday Emily & Dan

We celebrated Emily and Dan's Nov birthdays this week. Happy Birthday!
Also, a couple of pics of Mom & Dad trying out their new chair.

Thanksgiving & Black Friday

Thanks to Laurie & Chris and Tony & Rose for a wonderful thanksgiving day. The food and company was second to none. I attempted a few pies which in the end came out ok but only after 2 stove fires (thank goodness I have a built in fire fighter) and a big mess.
-Nellie fell hard asleep on the squash on the way to thanksgiving in Benedicta.
-Danny was home this week and Nellie got some play time with him in the yard at Mom & Dad's.
-Also, black friday was great fun. We did most of our shopping in downtown bangor rather than the mall area which was a much more pleasant experience than battling the mall traffic & crods.

Take out the Dock Party 2007

Well, we had put it off long enough.... So, this past weekend Mom, Dad, Em , Ryan, John and I (well, mostly Dad, Ryan & John) took out the dock. Ok, so Em helped with the dock too :) Mom made a wonderful lunch. Thanks everyone!

Future Christmas Card?

Ok, so I realize that I have become on of those annoying pet owner people who think it is funny to dress up their pets. Oh well, I DO think it is funny! I bought these antlers thinking they would be fun during the xmas tree season and maybe, just maybe, they would be a funny xmas card if I could get them on Nellie. Well, she lets me put them on her and if I distract her she even will keep them on for a few seconds.... Now I just need to learn how to photo shop snow into the background.

One of these days I will have to get some pictures of something other than Nellie and houses!

Happy Halloween!

We set a home in fairfield yesterday. This was our biggest ranch yet, 70 ft long! We had to bring in a bigger crane than we usually use to handle the large load. The roof is all covered up because we expected rain in the night, so that doesn't look very impressive yet. This home will have split rooflines and a large front porch -should have nice curb appeal in the end. The home has a huge kitchen along with a seperate butlers pantry.

Also, I put in a couple pictures of the home being built in the factory.
